OUTDOORS CLUB

Description:

This club consists of a group of students who meet approximately once a month. Students of all athletic abilities are encouraged to join this club. Activities are planned according to weather.  Local hikes are planned during fall and spring, some of which are trips to Purgatory in Sutton, the trails in Northboro and to Wachusett Mountain.  In the winter, students can go ice skating at the Worcester Buffone Rink, snow shoeing, or sledding locally.  Other outdoor plans include, horseback riding, geocaching, frisbee golf, mapping the trails on campus, flying kites, hiking on local trials and bike riding on local rail trails.
