NJCL LATIN HONOR SOCIETY

The NJCL Latin Honor Society is a special designation given to Junior Classical League students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and citizenship in Latin class.  The Latin Honor Society membership is earned annually based on student performance.  Students must earn and maintain at least a A- average in Level 3 Honors and above of Latin.

Activities:  Monthly meetings where students provide proof of at least 1 hour of service tutoring underclassmen, preferably in Latin.  Students participate in Classics Day and Certamen competitions and Classics Day competitions in Boston and at Holy Cross.  (Pandemic dependent).
