The Shrewsbury Community Fridge is a free food fridge located near the Shrewsbury Senior Center, 100 Maple Avenue. It is a take what you need leave what you can fridge and pantry, providing free food to all members of the community. Organized by Shrewsbury Rotary Club with support from several members of the community, The Shrewsbury Community Fridge aims to build community and fill the gaps between food security and equity.

ReadyMED Plus
Located at 366 Shrewsbury St, Worcester, this facility offers urgent care services including x-ray, lab, and IV services, and also has a CT scan on site. It's open 7 days a week, 9 AM to 8 PM.
MinuteClinic (CVS)
Located inside CVS Pharmacy at 197 Boston Turnpike, it handles routine healthcare needs like vaccinations, physicals, and minor injuries.

- William James INTERFACE Referral Service: A mental health resource and referral Helpline available to Shrewsbury residents and/or public school students in subscribing communities.
