Signing up for a SPORT in the Parent Portal

PLEASE NOTE: The sport fee DOES NOT need to be paid in School Pay in order to try out for any sport. The sport specific fee must be paid if your chld is chosen for that team. Each sport has a $100.00 sports fee attached to participation. If your child is chosen for the team, that specific fee will be assigned to your child's account.

log into your parent portal
click "Sports, Activities, Permission Slips" in the left navigation bar
click "Oak Middle School Sports"
click the sport in which your child wants to participate
click SUBMIT

The Colonial ID form link can be found at the top of the Oak Athletics Page. Parents and students must read and electronically sign the form at the bottom of that page in order to particiapte.

An up to date physical MUST be on file in the Oak Nurses' Office in order to TRY OUT for any sport. Each sports earliest date physical acceptance is determned by the start of tryouts.

Complete information regarding physical dates, tryout dates and times, and other important infomation can be found on the Oak website. We urge you to read the specific web page for each sport before signing up your child.

PLEASE NOTE: Any payment for field trips, etc. will be conveyed to parents separately. No activity fee is necessary for any field trip or special program.
