Signing up for an ACTIVITY 

• Oak activities will be announced as they become availabale
• Each activity will have a separate google form in sign ups.  This form will be found on the specific activity website page.
• Fill out the form and submit
• NO activity fee is required to participate

PERMISSION SLIPS in the Parent Portal

PLEASE NOTE:  Any payment for field trips, etc. will be conveyed to parents separately.  No activity fee is necessary for any field trip or special program.

If a permission slip is required, the club/team Leader will notify your student and provide additional information. If you are instructed to compleate a permission slip on Powerschool then please follow instructions below:

• log into your parent portal
• click "Sports, Activities, Permission Slips" in the left navigation bar
• click "School Based Activities"
• click the box for your permission
• click SUBMIT
