PTO FUNDRAISER Continues
We have begun working with the team at Power of Purpose (POP!) to bring a really cool and fun program – STEAM Engine, to our school. We launched this two-week fundraising experience on March 17th. It is a donation-based platform, and there are NO products to sell. Students will earn cool rewards just for participating, and the school will raise needed funds AND also STEAM products.
Our launch began in homeroom on Wednesday, March 17th. You and your child will have received details for setting up your family account. We want to make sure our students have the best year possible, but budget cuts and costs to keep our new learning models afloat have left our school with less resources. Some of the most celebrated student-centered programs will be at risk if we don’t come together, as a community, during this fundraising effort.

We need your help to raise money for:
- Field Trips (in the coming year)
- Media Center Materials
- Curriculum Enrichment
Please know that a donation, no matter how large or small, puts us one step closer to our goal. And while we realize that some friends and family might be donating a little less this year, that’s ok…because EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS!
We are hoping for 100% Golden Ticket participation tonight to show our students that we see and support their efforts to be awesome!
Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our students
Respectfully,
The OMS PTO Board
