We had another great week with your children! We are really getting to know them, the leaders, those with a sense of humor, the ones who like a bit more reassurance... Thank you for sharing your child with us!

Attendance
If students are absent, need to be dismissed, or are tardy it is important that you email us OR call the main office so that we can keep track of attendance. All students are expected to attend all live classes and both homerooms every day and be working on school work during independent work time.

ELA Book & Science Materials Drive By Pick Up
We are asking families to come pick up ELA books and science materials this week. Some of your child’s teachers will be bringing the materials to your car. It would be great if your children can come with you so that we can meet in person!

There are two time slots for materials pick up. If you can’t come during these times, please fill out this form and we will work with you to make other arrangements.

• Tuesday, October 13 9:00-9:45 am
• Wednesday, October 14 12:50-1:20 pm

Procedure:

• All vehicle members must wear a mask.
• Please stay home if anyone in your household is sick.
• Please make a sign with the student’s first and last name to put on your passenger side car window.
• Enter the school driveway using the entrance by the Montessori school and stop in front of the auditorium doors.
• Please remain in the car.
• A staff member will deliver a bag with materials to your car.
• Exit the parking lot via the front driveway onto Oak Street.

Weekly Remote Learning Plan
There is no school on Monday, October 12th due to the Columbus Day holiday, so the school schedule will shift. Tuesday will be a regular Tuesday, Wednesday will follow a Monday schedule. Thursday and Friday are unchanged.
