The performing arts have a far-reaching impact on all of our lives with real world connections. The teaching of music enhances critical thinking skills while developing self-discipline, focus, and the ability to accomplish goals. The objective of our department is to have students develop an appreciation for the beauty of music as well as providing a creative outlet for their expression of talent and emotions.
