Speech TEAM

The Sherwood Speech Team offers sixth grade students the opportunity to participate in competitive speech activities offered by the Massachusetts Middle School Speech League (MMSSL). This year, the Sherwood Team will run an abbreviated schedule, meeting from December to mid-February.

Practices will typically be on Thursdays from 3:10-4:10; students may take the late bus home, or will need their own transportation home after practice ends.

There will be an information meeting for all interested students and parents in mid-November.  The meeting details will be announced via Schoology and ParentSqure.  Please note that team size is limited; if more students are interested than spots available, a lottery will be held to select participants.
