Online Fee Payment Troubleshooting

I click on assign button but am not redirected to Schoolpay
Click assign payment button again and pop up should appear letting you know you have been assigned the fee.
Go to Payment Center
I am free/reduced lunch but am still being charged the activity fee
Did you give permission in the Parent Portal for this information to be disclosed? Please be aware it takes 24 hours for a parents free/reduced lunch choice to impact fee payments
If you did and are still being charged a fee, contact your child’s school.
I paid the activity fee but still cannot register my child for an activity
Always refresh your page after any changes you make in the parent portal or in school pay. Please remember that you must sign your cild up for an activity after you pay the fee. Students are not automatically signed up once the fee is paid.
Is the activity currently open? Only sports and activities that are accepting registrations can be accessed.
I went to School pay and when i tried to pay it gave me an error message. First of all...do not add it your credit card information again... even an error message doesn't necessarily mean your information wasn't taken. There is a number at the bottom of the Schoolpay page that you can call if you overpaid the fee. Please contact the school at the email listed below
I went to School pay to pay the activity fee, but i could not find that option
You must assign the activity fee to your account before you can pay. Go to your powerschool parent portal and click "Sports, Activities, Permission Sips" on the left navigation bar and click Assign Activity Fee. Now you can go to Schoolpay. Please note: the activity fee is waived for students who receive free/reduced lunch.
