Beal School Parent Drop Off - Effective Wednesday, May 6th

Dear Families,

We are writing to share an important update to our morning parent drop-off procedures. Recently, we have noticed an increase in cars arriving after the drop-off gate has closed, along with some unsafe driving behaviors. We have also received concerns from families, and student safety remains our top priority.

To address this and improve the efficiency and safety of our arrival routine, we will begin implementing the following changes starting Wednesday, May 6th:
 

The drop-off gate will close at approximately 9:05 AM, please do not drive around the gate.

The downstairs drop-off doors will close promptly at 9:10 AM.  If the doors are closed, please do not leave your child.  

After 9:10 AM, parent drop-off will be closed, and families will need to bring their child to the main office for sign-in.

Our goal is to ensure that all students are safely in their classrooms and ready to begin learning before 9:15 AM, while also maintaining a smooth and safe traffic flow during arrival.

We will use the next few weeks to work through this updated process and make any necessary adjustments before the start of the next school year. We appreciate your patience, cooperation, and commitment to keeping our school community safe.
