Thank You, Floral Families!

The entire Floral staff were treated to lunch on Tuesday, courtesy of the Floral PTO. A food truck for Off the Hook parked itself out in the back of the school and the staff walked out to pick up their orders. The food was delicious! We are grateful for the love and support of our PTO and all of you who support their efforts!

Dismissal Friday at 12:15 pm

Friday is an Early Release with dismissal at 12:10pm. Students will be invited to take a bagged lunch home with them (Chef’s Choice). Please remind your child if she/he should take a lunch home with them tomorrow.

Report Cards

Families will be able to view the Trimester 3 report card through the parent portal in Powerschool on Friday, June 18th.

Summer Learning Resources - In Just One Click!

As you likely know, reading and practicing math skills over the summer is instrumental in preventing skill regression and being very well prepared for learning upon the return to school in September. Our amazing instructional coaches/curriculum coordinators have created an easy to use, fun, and engaging resource for students to use over the summer to practice reading and math skills, the document with links to resources can be found by clicking HERE.

From the Nurses’ Office: Medication Pick -Up

Please remember to pick up all medications before the last day of school. For safety reasons we cannot store any medications over the summer. Please contact our nurse, Kristin Stewich, with any questions: 508-841-8729.
2021-2022 School Year: Updated medication orders are required yearly for all medications, including Epipens. Orders may be faxed directly to the school nurses at # 508-841-1545.

2021-2022 School Supplies

Supply lists will be posted on the Floral Website soon. The elementary PTOs are offering families the opportunity to order all of your child’s school supplies online and they will be delivered directly to the school in time for the first day. Moving from Shrewsbury this Summer?

If your family is moving out of Shrewsbury this summer, please notify Lynda in the office via email or phone. Lynda will prepare school records this week that you will need in order to complete registration at a new school.

School Bus Registration is NOW OPEN for the 2021-2022 School Year

The deadline to register your child for bus service is June 30th at 4:30pm. However, we urge you to register now to ensure a smooth school opening for your child and all other riders.
