Beal Bookworms

How can you celebrate your child’s birthday and support the Beal School Media Center all at the same time? By participating in the Beal Bookworm program!

Families are encouraged to celebrate their child’s special day by donating a book to our school Media Center. For a $20 donation, your child will be able to choose a book from our librarian recommended titles, have a sticker placed inside the front cover with their name for all to see for years to come, and be the first person to check that book out and take it home. When your child returns the book, it becomes part of our collection for all to share.

We hold four events each year, celebrating fall, winter, spring, and summer birthdays. Each event is held from  8:15 - 9:15 in the Media Center. Families are invited to attend, help students choose their book, and enjoy a light breakfast.
