Events Update:

Talent Show
- Was very successful and run well
- There were 42 acts
- Meredith Boulay will hopefully help run this event again next year
Field Day
- Friday June 7^th
- Tshirt sales were good and they are ordered (around 250 sold)
- Looking for someone to run field day next year
4^th Grade Celebration
- June 12^th
- New sign was approved and a picture will be taken in front of the sign and framed by Casson-Foster Photographers
End of the Year Celebration
- June 7^th from 6-8pm
- Will have food trucks, games, DJ, tattoos
- Will order more balls for the school and this event

Update on Box Top Program

Rebecca Hallinan will be taking over
Box Top collection is going digital- there will be an app and you will scan your store receipt to collect the box top money
Discussed a new incentive plan for classes and students to collect box tops

Treasurer’s Report

Financial Goal Requests

Mrs. Luby requests $400 for 2 new picnic tables to add to the Owl’s Nest Area in front of the school that was recently just redesigned and cleaned up as part of an Eagle Scout Project (made new benches, got stone donated, etc.)
- Motion to approve the new tables: Karen Zidonis
- Second: Liz Hallee

Principal’s Corner

Michelle LeMay (school psychologist) is moving to the High School in the fall – will be looking to fill her position
The district will be adding 3 Adjustment Counselors at the Elementary level
- Floral (1), Coolidge (1), Spring Street and Paton (share 1)
