Budget and Planning Meeting

 

1. Presentation of 2018-2019 PTO Events, Fundraisers and Meetings

     -See Attached Appendix 1

 

2. Calendar Updates:

     a. Science Night will move to the gym

     b. Seeking a new Community Reading Day Coordinator

     c. Talent Show will be held at SSS

     d. Anniversary Give Back Night will be added to the calendar for June 7

 

3. Presentation of Budget

     --See Attached Appendix 2

 

4. Budget Updates:

     a. $1000 will be added to proposed Silent Auction to cover cost of Anniversary Give Back Night

     b. Seeking a volunteer coordinator for Winter Craft Night

     c. Seeking a volunteer coordinator for Community Reading Day

 

5. Discussion of End of Year Anniversary Give Back Event

     a. $1000 budget to cover costs

     b. To be held June 7^th

 

6. Voted to refund Sarah Perrault $190 for John Smith Camp purchase at Silent Auction for extenuating circumstances (camp no    longer to take place due to lack of participants).
