Student Materials Pick Up Schedule and Procedure
Please read carefully!
Below you will find a schedule, by team, for students to come to school to collect their items left in lockers and classrooms. We have cleared all hallway lockers, gym lockers, and classrooms of students items and placed everything in brown paper bags labelled with each student’s name.
We ask that you abide by the schedule below when coming to school to pick up your bag in order to keep traffic manageable and items being returned organized. For those families with more than one child in different grades or teams, please email one of the administrators ahead of time so we can have both children’s items ready for you.

Procedure:
- Families are asked to make a sign for their car with the student’s Last Name, First Name. Signs should be posted on the PASSENGER side of the car.
- Please wear a facemask.
- Please do not come to school if anyone in your household is sick.
- If students need to return items to school, these should be placed in a bag clearly labeled with the student’s name and team.
- Families will drive up the Montessori Driveway stop in front of the school.
- Family members and students are asked to remain in the car.
- A staff member will get the name of the student, bring their bag to their car in exchange for any materials the student is returning. We will place items directly in your trunk or back seat.
- Parents will immediately exit the school via the front driveway onto Oak street
We are happy to make alternative arrangements for later in the summer for anyone who is unable to come at their prescribed time.
