On Tuesday, March 17th we began a student meal support plan to support Shrewsbury Public School students during the COVID-19 school closure period.
This is a federally supported program directed at students who have been approved for free or reduced price meals to continue providing breakfast and lunch just as if school were in session.
Meals will be distributed from Shrewsbury High School, located at 64 Holden Street, from 11am to 12:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during all school closures.
Parents may pick-up a maximum of two days' worth of breakfast and lunch meals for each child in your household.
Shrewsbury families and community members should also be aware that residents in need of food may access St. Anne’s Food Pantry. Click here for more information.
Any questions on this program should be directed to Beth Nichols, Food Service Director:
