STEM is Fun for Kids at Coolidge Elementary School – Winter 2018 Session | Grades K-4
STEM is Fun for Kids in Grades K - 2
Children are curious individuals. They inquire, discover, and wonder, and by doing so, they learn! STEM is Fun programs provide fun-filled experiences that encourage that curiosity in a hands-on way. Kids are given challenges that allow them to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math concepts using a variety of tools and techniques: from simple experiments, building challenges, team based activities, analytical projects, and even fun games! We stimulate their minds and empower them to be life-long learners. STEM is Fun!
STEM is Fun for Kids in Grades 3 – 4
As their curiosity increases, so do the STEM challenges! Children will engage in activities around themes of architecture, chemistry, forensics, circuitry, and a variety of engineering fields. Learning opportunities provided will be more in-depth and extend their thinking. This allows building upon the knowledge and foundation they have gained in early classroom and STEM experience. STEM is Fun!
