DEVICE INSURANCE & LIABILITY INFORMATION

Families will be responsible for any theft, loss, or damage that occurs to the devices regardless of whether it occurs at or outside of school, similar to the handling of textbooks. We have set up a streamlined enrollment and repair process with a private insurer, Worth Ave. Group. This is an established company that have been willing to work with the District regarding the repair process. If you elect to use another insurer, please be sure that the insurer will provide funds to reimburse the district for repair or replacement and not direct device repair or replacement. Devices not purchased directly by the district cannot be used in the program due to the need to "supervise" the devices for management.

Upon unenrolling a child from the Shrewsbury Public Schools for any reason, parents are obligated to immediately return the iPad and all of its accessories.
