DIRECT DEPOSIT EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS

RE:  Email of Direct Deposit Advices

 The town has purchased a new system called “GoDocs” that will deliver your
direct deposit advice via email.  No paper to keep track of or lose and a safe way to receive your payroll information.  This is now available for all employees.  Please fill out the attached PDF form to register for this service if you currently have direct deposit.

Enrollment Steps:

  1. Fill out the form on-line, print it and send to the Payroll Department.
  2. The next paycheck you will receive both the paper advice and the email advice. The email advice will be a password protected PDF file.  The password to view your advice is the last 4 digits of your social security number. If you do not receive the email advice please let the Payroll department know ASAP!!
  3. The following pay and going forward you will only receive the email advice.
  4. Thank you for going “Green”!
