Annual tuition is based on the 180-day school calendar and divided into 10 equal monthly payments for convenience (August - May). Some months have more school days than others, but monthly fees do not vary. Credit is not given for snow days because those days will be made up in June.
Discounts:
In order to receive a discount, you must meet the financial eligibility guidelines for the federal free and reduced meals program. Even though meals are free for all students at this time, families must apply for the reduced meal program in order to receive discounts on other school services such as extended day, busing and other activities. Families who qualify for reduced lunch recieve a 40% discount off their extended day tuition. Families who qualify for free lunch receive a 60% discount off their extended day tuition. Please contact the program director if you believe you meet these qualifications. Please note: The official application for free and reduced meals does not open until August 15, 2024. September tuition will be due before you are able to submit your application. If you contact us, we would be happy to give you a discount on your September tuition and make any necessary adjustments after you submit your application to Food Services.
Registration
- There is a $20.00 non-refundable registration fee per family. This fee is waived if you qualify for free or reduced lunch.
Schedule Changes
- All changes to your schedule or withdrawals from the program must be submitted in writing by the first of the month prior to paying the next month's tuition. See payment schedule below.
- The last day to make changes to your schedule or give notice of withdrawal is April 1st. After this date, no changes can be made and your regular tuition will be charged for May and June.
Payment policy
- Tuition is due by the 1st of the month, in advance of services, August-May
- Invoices are e-mailed monthly, approximately 10 days before payment is due.
- A $25 late payment fee will be charged if payment is not received by the 5th of the month.
- Our preferred payment method is online payment through your Extended Day/Eleyo account
